Hey friends, Happy new year! and a quick question: When is the best time to plan your career? The answer is prob 10 years ago, or right now. Oh, and maybe at the beginning of a new year. When I planned to change my career to UX a few years ago without local working experience and academic background, I created a strategy with 4 pillars and succeed. Last week when I answered questions from other design boot camp students, I thought, "Well, they might have the same challenge as myself a few years ago, and this strategy might be helpful for them".
